Vineyards situated in the municipal territory of Atzara, a hilly area, rising up to 500m a.s.l., west of the Gennargentu mountains.
Medium-textured decayed granite tending to sandy.
The vines are trained in goblets or espalier.
PRODUCTION PER HECTARE
Average production per hectare is about 6 tonnes.
The grapes, harvested in September, are mixed and vinified. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature for about 20/25 days. The wine is processed in stainless steel containers.
A wine of a straw-yellow colour, a long bouquet with inklings of Mediterranean shrubs, white fruit and almonds. Flavoury on the palate, enlivened by great freshness.
Excellent as an aperitif, it goes perfectly with fish dishes or white meats.
