Vineyards situated in the municipal territory of Atzara, a hilly area, rising up to 500m a.s.l., west of the Gennargentu mountains.
Medium-textured decayed granite tending to sandy.
The vines are trained in goblets or espalier.
PRODUCTION PER HECTARE
Average production per hectare is about 6 tonnes.
The grapes, harvested in September, are mixed and vinified. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature for about 20/25 days. The wine is processed in stainless steel containers
This is a pale red wine with a long bouquet and flowery, fruity inklings. Flavoury on the palate, enlivened by great freshness.
Excellent as aperitif, it accompanies seafood dishes, rice, meats and cheeses.
