Our vineyards are in the Mandrolisai, an enchanted place, full of archaic charm, with an endless, magical horizon: meadows and fallow land, mountains covered with oaks and chestnut, hills overgrown with ilex and holly woods interspersed with vineyards as far as the eye can see, stretched along the flanks and pinned to the slopes of the hills, with their ever-varying, bright colours, basking in the Sardinian sun.

Among these gentle hills the vines are represented by local varieties: Bovale Sardo, Cannonau, Monica and other autochthonous species, as we attach inestimable value to identity. We constantly inspect the state of the soil and the vines, we monitor each step of the vinification process and each phase that accompanies our wines on their way to the bottle.
