Medium-textured decayed granite tending to sandy.
with controlled designation of origin (DOC) consisting of the following vines: Bovale Sardo (Muristellu), Cannonau, Monica and others.
The vines are trained in goblets or espalier.
Producion per Hectare
Average production per hectare is about 7.5 tonnes.
The grapes, harvested in October, are mixed and vinified. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperature with a skin maceration of about 7 days. Maceration in steel tanks, no passage in barrel.
The wine has a purple colour, with a long bouquet and inklings of red fruits and maquis, slightly peppery. Well-balanced and great softness.
It is an excellent companion of all meat dishes, venison and semi-cured cheese.
